Below is the full text of the review.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Born in 2011 from the dream of the Gazzotti family, Tenuta Santo Spirito is the result of the desire to recover an ancient estate with a new spirit: on the one hand-grown mode of the old vineyards, and on the other, aimed at innovation in agronomical practices to focus on sustainability. Today the company is organically run, and adheres to the PROJECT SO-Stain, the sustainability program for Sicilian viticulture, developed as a path aimed at enriching and enhancing everything that lives around the production system, such as the land, landscape, flora, and fauna, then those who work and finally those who consume wine. A project that the winery has pursued.
